Nadezhda Alexandrovna Taffy (1872-1952) - "Queen of Russian Humor", author of literary parodies, feuilletons, poems, a mysterious and smart woman who has created her autobiographical legend all her life, her image in literature. She was so popular that spirits and sweets were named after her. She was admired by everything: from Nicholas II to Lenin.
Taffy survived three revolutions, two world wars, saw the horrors of the 20th century, but retained the sensitivity of the heart, the ability to laugh in a hopeless situation. Having left Russia, Tuffy wrote memories - the story of her farewell to his homeland, stretching for a year and a half.
