Where to start yoga classes? - This question is asked by students and subscribers daily, and it was he who pushed me to create a book. Before starting to study yoga, you need to understand the main thing: yoga is not a sport or even religion. This is a spiritual path, following which you can achieve a balance between the body and consciousness. Yoga is a sacred knowledge stored in manuscripts, a set of spiritual and physical practices: meditation, asanas, pranayam, mantras and wise.
