The book tells about the Russian saints of the 19th - 20th centuries, which showed a feat of love for God and the neighbors in the most, as we would say today, extreme conditions - during the time of the pestilence - rapidly spreading epidemic diseases. Not afraid of anything and anyone but the Lord, some saints of God went to the rescue of the suffering, others themselves humbly suffered suffering and illness.
