The phenomenon of hypnosis - from the moment of its appearance to this day - was accompanied by obvious skepticism. Prof. Heinrich Naleshteiner gives arguments in favor of his scientific validity, reinforcing them with examples from practice (including his personal experience, when he himself was hypnosis) At the same time, he warns practices (as well as charlatans who use hypnosis for their selfish purposes) to be careful in its use. After all, every remedy that is inappropriately used can bring only harm. And, in addition, in a state of hypnosis, the will of a person weakens, completely turning into the power of the hypnotist. However, with neat and proper use, it can become an effective means of treatment and therapy.
