How to help the souls of the dead?

Bishop of Olonets Misail (Krylov), 1838-1918. In 1867 he graduated from the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, taught at the Saratov seminary, in 1,876-1879. Rector of the Kaluga and Tiflis seminaries. In 1893 he was Hirotonisan at the bishop of Mozhaysky. Since 1885 - Bishop Dmitrovsky, since 1889 - Oryol, from 1896 - Mogilevsky, in 1905-1909 - Olonets. He owns the theological and spiritual and moral works: "God in nature", "religion of the Mohammedan-Turok", "Christ"s truth: the immortality of the soul and the resurrection of the bodies of the dead", "Moscow male Simonov Monastery", "Interview with the verbal Old Believers".
The last years of his life spent at rest in the Kirillo-Belozersky monastery. He was honored to make an absentee funeral of the murdered people killed near this monastery on September 15, 1918, the holy martyr Barsonofius (Lebedev), Bishop of Kirillovsky, the Martyr Seraphim (Sulimova), the abbess of the Ferapontov monastery, and the martyr Anatoly Barashkov, Nikolai Burlakov, Mikhail Trubnikov and Filippe Maryshev.
