The book contains 63 Homilia (conversations, words) of St. Gregory Palamas, which he pronounced before his flock on Sunday worship and during the days of church holidays. The saint paid the most attention to the interpretation of the gospel, read on Sunday morning and liturgies, as well as the main issues of Christian life - morality and asceticism. These sermons are a model of high theology that helps the attentive reader to build his mental gaze to God.
