Admiral F.F. Ushakov became the first in the history of Christianity a Moryak warrior, which was considered to be the Saints by the Russian Orthodox Church at the turn of the III millennium from the Nativity of Christ. By the 275th anniversary of the birth of an invincible admiral of the Russian fleet, the release of this publication is timed to the release. The book included the Life of the Holy Righteous Warrior Theodore Ushakov, compiled by the monks of the Sanaxary Monastery, the head of the biography of the admiral, published in 1856 by the biographer of R.K. Skalovsky, historical outline of the researcher N.D. Kallistova, an excerpt from the novel The Bades Ushakov of the writer-Marinist A.S. Novikova-Proboy. The attention of readers will undoubtedly attract the little-known poetic works of talented authors of the XVIII-XIX centuries-V.P. Petrova and I.I. Zavalishin dedicated to the victories of the admiral. The book also includes unique notes by Admiral A.S. Shishkova, participant in the secret expedition of 1776-1779, and the memoirs of Captain-Lieutenant E.P. Metaksa, who served in 1798-1800 under the beginning of F.F. Ushakov. The Essay “Sanaxary Miracles” of the St. Petersburg writer and historian E.V. completes the publication. Lukina
