This book is the fruit of many years of work well known on the Holy Mountain of Eminence Nectaria, Metropolitan of Argolid. Having loved Athos from his youth, he visited the Holy Mountain several times a year for several decades. The author punctually wrote all his conversations with the Athos elders first in his diary, and then on a tape recorder. As a result, he accumulated several notebooks and dozens of tape cassettes.
