This anthology of patristic texts is an application to a new textbook on patrology for the undergraduate of spiritual educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church.
In the 1st volume of anthology, the texts of the fathers of the church and church writers of the Donicaic era were included, covering the temporary period from the end of the 1st century to the beginning of the 4th century of the Christian era. These are fragments from the scriptures of the husbands of the apostolic, works of Greek and Latin apologists, anti-agony writers, early representatives of the Alexandria Theological and Extension School, as well as the Western fathers of the Church and church writers.
In the 2nd volume of anthology, the texts of the fathers of the Church and church writers of the Nicaean and Postniki era were included, covering the temporary period from the beginning of the 4th century until the beginning of the 5th century of the Christian era. These are fragments of the essays of theologians of the Alexandrian, Antioch and Edesso-Nisibi Theological and Expensity of Schools, the Staronyans, the Great Cappadocians, as well as the Western Fathers of the Church and church writers.
