The information presented in this work contain information on March 3, 2019 and is based on the analysis of archival material, as well as the latest historiography. A significant corps of the renewal periodicals of the interwar period is included in the scientific circulation. The main part of the work is two sections. The first section included lists of the episcopate of the Russian Church in the departments. The lists of the departments are given in alphabetical order, taking into account their modern ones or, if at present the department no longer exists, the last names. The second section of the main part contains the personalities of the episcopate of those departments that are presented in the first part
