The book contains the lives of 62 saints who served God and the Orthodox Church in the Belarusian lands, as well as ascetics associated with Belarusian land at their place of birth, service and repose. The life paths of the holy saints took place in different historical eras. The book included lives both long -term Belarusian saints, and the new martyrs and confessors of the Belarusian land. Stories about them help to reveal all the greatness and all the tragedy of the history of White Russia: a period of internecine wars, union, attacks of invaders, persecution after revolutions. Biographies are accompanied by reproductions of icons, illustrations and photo materials. The availability and brevity of the presentation of events in lives allow us to address the publication of a wide range of readers, including for use in Sunday schools, for clergymen in the preparation of sermons and conversations, for classes in secondary schools, secondary specialized educational institutions, universities. Secular and church libraries can use the publication for events, including the days of the Orthodox book, the days of memory of certain saints
