What is this book about?
The Holy Gospel is a hundredth book of every Christian, a description of the earthly life of the Lord Jesus Christ. The four gospels, which tells about his divine nature, his birth, life, miracles, death, resurrection and ascension, are written by the disciples of Christ - the apostles accompanying Him in the earth"s path.
For whom is this book?
The gospel is a book that Christians turn to daily. But non -religious people read this book, because it was it that formed the basis of the entire European civilization. No other book had such an influence on our culture: the gospel affected both those who followed it and those who rejected and repelled from it.
Why did we decide to publish this book?
We understand the importance of the daily reading of the gospel, and therefore we decided to publish it in a format convenient for reading, as well as to provide stings - numbered excerpts that are read at worship in the Orthodox Church. This method of reading the gospel contributes to a greater understanding of the Holy Scriptures and opens it from a new side.

The book is printed in large print for the convenience of reading. The gospel contains the prayer of John Chrysostom before reading the gospel, and is also equipped with additions - a dictionary of incomprehensible words and information about the sequence of described events.
