The book "of God"s monk" is the offering of the Pskov-Pechersky Monastery to the 100th anniversary from the birth of the dear old man Archimandrite John (peasant, 1910–2006) The life of Father John, sincerely and entirely devoted to the divine Promotion, shows modern monasticism a vivid example of the path to salvation. The basis of this book was the memories of the inhabitants of the monastery, spiritual children and persons who knew the old man closely. The book uses letters and materials from the personal archive of Father John.
