Four Gospels. Methodological manual for practical classes on the course

The manual contains methodological instructions for the study of gospel history in a parallel presentation of four gospels. To acquire experience of independent work on each topic, homework was proposed with links to patristic interpretations and theological, historical, philological works of the authors, dictionaries and encyclopedia, where you can find appropriate interpretations or answers to posed questions. The manual completes the minimum in the four -gospel, reflecting the main content of the course, without the knowledge of which the student development of discipline cannot be considered satisfactory. Many years of experience in teaching the Fourth Gospel at PSTGU shows that the presented methodological approach contributes to the development of students, on the one hand, skills in working with the text of the Holy Scriptures, interpretations and literature, on the other hand, the ability to attract knowledge from the courses of other theological disciplines for the assimilation of the word of life.
