Mikhail Alexandrovich Kalnev (1864–1942) - Orthodox missionary, master of theology, author of numerous works on mission issues, member of the Local Council of 1917-1918 for the election as a layman from the Kherson diocese.
The reader’s attention is proposed to the missionary work of M. A. Kalnev, in which various issues are highlighted: sacred tradition, scripture, veneration of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saints and Angels, the Sacraments of the Orthodox Church, icon reverence, the permissibility of war and the resistance of evil and much more.
