Archimandrite Alipius (Voronov, 1914-1975)-governor of the Pskov-Pechersky Monastery from 1959 to 1975. Many times he saved the monastery from the closure. Father Alipius is known as a great ascetic, icon painter, artist, builder of the monastery and a restorer who restored the monastery from the ruins. But the main feat of Father Alipia was the arrangement of the old age in the Pskov-Pechersky Monastery. He was called a great governor, and he called himself a "Soviet archimandrite". The book contains his instructions, advice and memories of people who knew the Alipi"s father closely.
