The textbook is devoted to the question of the ratio of two main categories of medieval Islamic philosophy: "Absolute" and "Truth". Whatever the nuances arise in the interpretation of these terms in different directions and currents of Islam, we are essentially about a single, universal and universal foundation of the universe and the truth of its manifestations. In an effort to avoid the invasion of specialized theological discussions, the authors replaced such concepts as "God", "Allah", "Lord", "Almighty", the equivalent of philosophical discourse - the concept of "Absolute". Chronologically, the main ideas of mutasilism, falsaph, ishrakism, Ismailism of the classical period were considered.
This manual is drawn up in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the Russian Federation and can be used by students (shakirs) of Islamic educational institutions (universities, madrassas) with the adjustment of volume according to the curriculum. The material can serve as a help for teachers in the preparation of bachelors and masters with an in -depth study of the history and culture of Islam. The content of the manual can be used in the system of advanced training of teachers of the Islamic education system, religious figures and employees of theological departments of Muslims
