A real monograph is not the history of Catholic missionary and even more not a practical guide to the conduct of apostolic activity on the example of the Roman Catholic Church, whose centuries -old experience, fulfilled by both bright and tragic pages, undoubtedly causes surviving interest and ongoing discussions. This study is, first of all, the hermeneutical experience of theological reading of the history and theory of the Catholic mission, starting from the Middle Ages and ending with today.
