The photo album "by love" is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the martyrdom of the Martyr Grand Duchess Elisabeth Feodorovna. The pictures capture the life path of the saint, her family and close friends, the activities of her Marfo-Mariinsky monastery. The image of Elizabeth Feodorovna help to reveal the memories of contemporaries, the correspondence of the Grand Duchess herself.
The granddaughter of the Queen of Great Britain Victoria, the daughter of the Prussian Duke of Ludwig IV Hessial Elizabeth is combined with the marriage with the Russian prince Sergei Alexandrovich, and from that moment on Russia becomes the second homeland for her. The difficult path to the holiness that the Grand Duchess passed is closely connected with the historical era, with the fate of the whole people and the state. Despite all the trials that she was destined to survive, Elisaveta Feodorovna managed to preserve and cultivate the seeds of Christian love and mercy in her heart.
