Everyone knows that, creating and transmitting his doctrine of integrated yoga, Sri Aurobindo paid the least attention of Hatha Yoga. Some of the followers of Sri Aurobindo believed that Hatha Yoga is an optional element when following the integral yoga path. But this opinion is erroneous. They lose sight of the fact that before the creation of integrated yoga, Sri Aurobindo had been engaged in classical yoga for a long time, including Hatha Yoga.
