At first glance, it may seem inappropriate to someone to devote a whole book to the process of food and abstinence in it, that is, a post. Is this a very natural business - eating to earn such serious attention? However, there is nothing mysterious than everyday life. If we are talking about a person, then food means not just filling the body with the necessary food. Also, the post is something more and even other than just a refusal of food or a limitation in it.
If a person was not a person, then food or rejection of it, of course, would not have earned such attention. The animal eats food or not, it acts in accordance with the instinct. Man is an amazing creature that stands tightly on the ground with both legs, but rises to the sky with his head, combining instinct and spirit. Therefore, for him, food and rejection of it are what he simply must pay attention to. Like all natural life processes, nutrition becomes for a person a difficult task in many respects. A person must freely integrate this process into his personal being: after all, the formation of a person is not least consists in conscious and free integration of natural processes in themselves. The solution to this problem is accompanied by a certain risk. It can be successful, but it may not be possible. Most often, you have to spend a lifetime on becoming a person.
