The farewell message of Paul to the Ephesian elders is a special gift that God gave us.
Acts 20 is a pastoral assignment from the Apostle Paul, one of the greatest leaders and teachers, with which God blessed the Church of Jesus Christ. This is the only place in the New Testament, where Paul directly addresses the elders of the church, giving them the latest orders. Since this is a farewell message of Paul, this text is of particular importance and deserves careful consideration. History clearly shows that the truths contained in Paul"s Epistle are so important that they cannot be overestimated or tired of repeating. The egregious fact that for many centuries the church was unable to resist the invasion of false teachers, is directly related to ignoring or not fulfilling the prophetic warnings of Paul, addressed to the Ephesian elders.
