Reliable and plausible conclusion in intelligent systems

The methods of reliable (deductive) and plausible (abductive, inductive) conclusions in intellectual systems for various purposes are considered. Methods of deductive output on graph structures are given. Both classical and non-monotonous modal logics are described: logic of beliefs and knowledge, non-nmonoton logic of the McDeadrot and Doyle, Moore auto-epistemic logic, and the logic of the raster’s silence. The basics of the theory of argumentation and methods of abductive output are given. The basic principles of constructing training and decision -making systems are considered and the tasks of learning "without a teacher" and "with the teacher" are given. Inductive methods are presented for the case with incomplete information and methods of the theory of close sets. The chapters on the calculation of statements and on calculating the first-order predicates, as well as on working with real "noisy" databases in the task of inductive formation of concepts, were added to the 2nd edition.
