Regional financial law

The presented work of the team of authors is devoted to the formulation of the problem of allocation within the framework of the science of financial law of a separate area - regional financial law (legal regulation of regional public finance) The work presents an author’s approach to the concept of regional financial law, its subject, system and methodology. The development of the science of regional financial law, as well as the legal regulation of regional and municipal monetary circulation, regional budget law, regional and local taxes, regional public credit, regional public insurance, regional budget control, is investigated. Separately focus on the need to study regional and local public finances in foreign countries.
