The methodological guidelines presents the basic provisions and principles of the use of regional analgesia during childbirth. They contain modern approaches to the testimony, methods and methods of regional anesthesia in childbirth. The necessary conditions for conducting regional anesthesia, possible complications and ways to relieve them are highlighted.
The proposed recommendations will improve the quality and improve the safety of the provision of anesthesiological assistance to the women in women by reducing the probability of developing complications and increase satisfaction and comfort of patients. When developing recommendations, international and national practical guidelines and regional analgezia protocols in childbirth were used.
These guidelines are designed for practitioners of the anesthesiologists-resuscitors and obstetrician-gynecologists working in obstetric hospitals, as well as for graduate students and clinical orders
