The book is devoted to the analysis and development of reforms of the Russian oil market gas market, the gas industry and the electric power industry. As a main goal, the maximization of social welfare is considered. The study of the influence of prices of natural gas and electricity to the country"s economy has been performed. Ecological ratifies the effect of costs of regulated companies and inflation rates on gas and electricity tariffs. Considered the main problems of improving the efficiency of price regulation of natural monopolies. The feasibility of developing socially effective reforms for Russian regulated energy sectors using intermediate structures is shown.
