In this book, the third of the "reflections" series are collected by Articles of Itzhak Adizes, dedicated to state politics, internal and international. The ideas for essays were often growing from the heard and seen at meetings with people around the world during the consultations, which the author gave government officials, legislators and various public figures to the presidents of countries.
This edited meeting is reflections that evolved at the beginning of the 21st century, when Adizes became, according to his own words, witness changes - and their involuntary consequences, which occur worldwide.

The ADIZES blog update on the website of the Adizes Institute at least once a week and email to thousands of subscribers appeared in 2003 as a monthly publication called "Reflections" (Insights) These were literally reflections, and not the results of scientific research. Opening to write about everything that came to mind, I opened myself for criticism. And so what happened: many readers wrote that they disagree with one or another my observation or conclusion. But they continued to read, because I have written by me gave them food for reflection. Namely, I hoped to reach! I recently decided to publish a number of my essays in the form of a book. I appreciate the books and in this sense clearly belong to the preinetovsky generation. Internet, blogs, tweets are good in terms of speed and convenience of mass distribution of information, but they seem to be transient, while books have durability.
