"Konarmy" is one of the masterpieces created by Isaac Babel, the master of the short novel, the heartfelt, subtle and ironic narrator, "sent to people", as he wrote in his autobiography, Maxim Gorky. Babel"s civil war was held with the first horse"s horse army. Scary and dying events of those years have reflected on the pages of the Karmeysky cycle, there is a place for generosity and cruelty, victories and defeats, tragic and funny. Budded at the opening of the book called the "Konarmy" "supernaya Babelevskoy slander". And yet, contrary to the opinion of the commander, the creativity of the writer, in many ways, due to the Konarmy, was considered as one of the most significant phenomena in the literature of the first third of the XX century.
