The book presents the results of many years of clinical work on the use of bone plastic methods of the alveolar process of the upper jaw and the alveolar part of the lower jaw using autotransplants and local bone tissues. Data methods are aimed at eliminating defects and deformations of jaws depending on the type and degree of atrophy, localization and length. The methods of eliminating the integrity of the mystery of the maxillary of the maxillary sinus arising during operations of open sine lifting, depending on the size of the perforation defect. Developed indications for the use of each method.
The quantitative and qualitative components of the neoporated bone tissue were studied according to histomorphometric studies and computed tomography with the analysis of densitometric indicators. The formation of a sufficient number of full bone tissue in the zones of jaw reconstruction zones and high osseointegration of dental implants established in the area of operational interventions are proved.
The clinical efficacy of the application of the developed methods for the functional and aesthetic recovery of dentitions in patients with bone-tissue atrophy of the jaws is a fixed orthopedic structures with support for implants. All presented methods for reconstructs by the authors obtained patents for inventions.
