The subtitle of the second volume of this work is "Labora" (work). "Laboratory" contains a description of alchemical laboratory practice carried out on the material plane. In this volume, Sevren Lobanov presents the alchemical path associated with the names of Alexander von Suchten, Nicolas Flamel, Iriney Philalethes, and Isaac Newton, but does not limit himself to just this path. Without hiding anything, he indicates the ingredients used and precisely describes the necessary equipment. Presenting a plan of ten stages of von Suchten's path, following which the alchemist works with Mercury, he elaborately describes the methods used at each stage.
The book contains many photographs, operation summaries, tables, and even excerpts from the author's laboratory journal, which is particularly valuable. The appendix outlines the basics of spagyrics, that is, the basics of preparing medicinal preparations using alchemical methods. Until now, there have been no books of this level on laboratory alchemy in Russian. This volume is especially recommended for those engaged in alchemical work in the laboratory, but undoubtedly will be of interest to all alchemy enthusiasts.
