The educational reader 'Reading in 1st grade' is compiled in full accordance with the requirements of the working programs for literary reading, including the most well-known ones - 'School of Russia' and 'Perspective'. Under one cover, there are collected works that correspond to the concept of the educational course and complement the textbooks that students in most schools in our country study. The book includes the most important works of children's literature: poems and stories about books and reading, Russian folk tales, proverbs and sayings, songs and nursery rhymes, folk tales and literary fairy tales, poems and stories about nature and animals, about friendship, about family, about school, about the Motherland.
We tried to select everything that is most interesting, the best, everything that forms a taste for reading and without which the formation of a person's personality is impossible.
