Radiographic diagnosis of acute destructive inflammatory processes in the lungs

In this monograph, the CT-semiotics of lesions of the pulmonary tissue is presented in detail during destructive (abscessant) pneumonia and the acute lung abscess. Differential diagnosis with other lung diseases, which are accompanied by the destruction of pulmonary fabric, allowing to carry out differential-diagnostic search for the correct diagnosis with similar CT-signs of states. The role of traditional radiography and computed tomography in the diagnosis of destructive pneumonia and acute lung abscess is determined.
