The book is devoted to the new operational intervention - radical abdominal trachelctomy used in the invasive cervical cancer in the reproductive age patients planning the birth of a child. A original technique has been developed related to organ-bearing and characterized by preserving the original vascular architectonics of the body of the uterus. The criteria for selecting patients for organ-bearing treatment of cervical cancer using radical abdominal tracheloctomy are determined. Studied, described in detail and illustrated the stages of operational intervention, technical features, intra, postoperative complications. The absence of a difference between the indicator of the oncological efficiency of the new surgical intervention in comparison with the extended extirpation of the uterus is proved. Direct and remote results of treatment, as well as features of observation and rehabilitation of patients are given.
