The novel of the prominent French writer Bernard Lakes "Radan magnificent" in the translation of O.E. Mandelstam was released in Russian in the USSR in 1928 and has not been published since then. The book is published, accompanied by the works of the famous Israeli philologist, professor D. Segala, who shows that the unsigned preface to the book, like the translation, belong to Osip Mandelstam
