In 2005, the Directorate of the Institute of the Russian Language. V.V. Vinogradov RAS decided to resume the publication of the very popular series of `Culture of Speech Culture` (the first release of this series was released in 1955, edited by Sitting Ozhegov, published eight collections) The ninth release of the series is dedicated to the memory of the head of the Russian speech sector of the Doctor of Philological Sciences Professor E.N. Shiryaeva. Articles of famous scientists are included: corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, doctors and candidates of philological sciences, employees of academic institutes and university teachers. The collection considers topical issues of the culture of Russian speech, active processes in the Russian language of K. XX - N. XXI century., Problems of Russian syntax. The collection is involved not only in Moscow scientists, but also by researchers from Kaluga, Yekaterinburg, Saratov, Krasnoyarsk and other cities of Russia. For a wide range of readers: philologists, culturalists, journalists, as well as everyone who is interested in the current state of the Russian language, problems of the norm and issues of speech culture
