The book is a study of international jurisdiction issues in Russia agreements with foreign states. The ratio of the concept of international jurisdiction with other legal categories is investigated. Based on the analysis of contractual norms and summarizing judicial practice, the legal significance of the rules of international jurisdiction in solving such tasks as preventing the conflict of jurisdictions and the creation of the most comfortable conditions for resolving disputes providing effective judicial protection of violated rights and interests is shown.
