The monograph discusses the psychological, sociological and statistical issues of the economy and their connection with the new (hypothetic, or "tropical") arithmetic. The author in the same sense proves the "quantum continuation" of the laws of Tsipf-Mandelbrot and Pareto for the distribution of capital, as well as for the dependence of sales on the prices in the stock market.
