This educational and methodological manual was prepared by a team of authors - employees of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov (Russian Federation) and the Kazakh National Medical University (Republic of Kazakhstan). The manual includes individual practical tasks in accordance with the work program for industrial practice, the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2013 for the specialty 5B110300 'Pharmacy' (bachelor's degree), the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'Professional Practice', as well as based on the federal state educational standard of higher education (Russian Federation) for the specialty 33.05.01 'Pharmacy' (specialist degree) and is intended to implement state requirements for the level of training of specialists (pharmacists). The manual provides theoretical foundations and master classes on topics that are relevant for the quality control of medicinal products: modern analysis of normative documentation used in pharmaceutical analysis, instrumental analysis methods (TLC, GC, HPLC, FTIR spectroscopy, etc.), pharmacopoeial analysis of medicinal substances and medicinal products of industrial production. It is intended for students of medical universities studying in the specialty 'Pharmacy', as well as for residents studying in the specialty 'Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy'. 2nd revised edition.
