The monograph contains the introduction of qualimetric analysis methods in histoanzimatic studies of the skin of mammals. The essence of biocalimetry as science is revealed. The value of qualimetry in histochemistry of enzymes is discussed. The biometric processing of digital analogues of the histanomisimatic activity of the mammalian skin glands using methods of descriptive statistics, correlation and regression and dispersion analyzes, as well as rows of speakers. Specific examples of using biocalimetry methods and biometrics are given in assessing the histanomistical activity of the skin glands on the example of rodents and insectivores
