The monograph is dedicated to the analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of theft qualification committed using information technologies. The author defines the content of information technologies through the prism of criminal law, reveals the doctrinal concept, subject, forms, and criminological characteristics, objective and subjective features of the analyzed group of thefts, based on the digital environment as a special setting for their commission.
