The popularity of Qi-Gong "Eight pieces of Parchi" (Ba-Duan-Jin) is most often associated with his "bright" positive impact on the human body. However, in fact, the system is much richer and meaningful than just a health practice. In this book, eight pieces of brocade are considered from two points of view.
1. As a simple, efficient and holistic method of improving Qi-Gong. That is how it is usually described in the literature.
2. As the practice of pushing the hands of Thai Ji-Quyan in her "health and entertainment" option, which can be viewed both as a pair wellness huzzle. Such a interpretation of Ba-Duan-Jin (as far as the author is known) was previously not described in the literature.
The book is designed for practicing any kind of Qi-Gong or the inner style of U-Shu. For recovery and spiritual improvement
