The problems of the development of public relations in the authorities under the new information paradigm of social studies are considered. The rules of culture of business communication and business etiquette, model and technology negotiation technologies are considered. Special emphasis was on the problem of the formation of the modern image of the state, the technologies of national branding in the promotion of the state image in the channels of communications. Much attention is paid to the formation of anti-crisis communications in the authorities, the consideration of anti-crisis public relations technologies.
