Four basic levels of psychopathological symptoms are allocated and described, the corresponding departments of the injury corresponding to them. The importance of various psychopathological phenomena for the further restoration of mental activity is shown. The role of clinical, individual and therapeutic factors in the occurrence and reduction of a wide range of mental disorders from the moment of leaving the coma to the period of distant consequences of the craniofield injury is considered.
