This book is a manual to communicate with people and the influence on them from the former FBI agent Jack Shaffer, who specialized in behavioral analysis, training and hiring agents.

In it, he considers all the necessary methods that allow you to acquire friends and make a good impression - on customers and potential buyers, on a potential employer during an interview, for representatives of the opposite sex on a date. These strategies worked and work for special services - it means that they will work in "peaceful" conditions.

Thanks to this book you can:

Determine the lies - both in personal communication and with an online bass,
make an excellent first impression,
Use non -verbal signals that determine how other people will perceive you,
independently regulate the intensity of relations with different people,
Understand the behavior of others and see what they really think of you.
