In psychology, they are defined as coping strategies (from the English. "Coping") These are strategies, one way or another aimed at interacting with a problem situation, behavior designed to support psychological balance. With the help of metaphorical cards "umbrellas", we can build a conversation by transferring existing problems to a completely different context, creating a field for further work using artistic images. You can consider the strategies of coping not as congenital, unchanging forms of response, but as auxiliary means, which, if necessary, can be replaced with more suitable ones. You can see and understand how good the customer response methods are in a difficult situation: do they fulfill their main task?
