To be a woman: a return to yourself. Uniqueness - outside the rules

The real happiness of a woman is not based on the performance of a “female destiny” and not on the femininity, behind which everyone is so chasing today, but on personal integrity. By it, I understand the consent with my body, emotions and mind. This is the consistency of what we feel, say and do what we strive for and what we consider our life values.
I wrote this book so that it was easy for women to breathe - without old offenses, without attempts to squeeze themselves into the framework invented by someone. So that women bring a sense of freedom and joy into our world. To take care of themselves, they were attentive to their needs and rhythms. So that we all rely on our inner beauty, strength, wisdom - and lived from them.
I sincerely hope that this mood will respond to the heart of my reader.
