The monograph presents the origins and mechanisms of the formation, development and functioning of the communicative subsystem of public life. The authors generalized and analyzed the empirical works of recent years in the field of communications psychology in Russian and foreign science. This made it possible to predetermine the existing communicative strategies and tactics as the most effective in various crisis situations, the features of their implementation and development in professional activities. Communication is represented as a holistic system to study the nature of social interaction in the historical retrospective of its main schools, exercises and directions in psychology, philosophy and cultural studies.
