Quotes:
- the pronounced apologies restore the destroyed connections. We reduce our loneliness and shame, make relations stronger. So we build a good and civilized society.

- In the groups, a clash of interests and conflict resolution - this is exactly what leads to an increase in trust, increases the level of responsibility and commitment to corporate goals.

- most of all the pains are not brought by numerous mistakes, but by our inability to fix them. This is what breaks hearts and relationships.

- When an apology from the distant past only exposes painful memories, silence can be the right choice.

- Forgiveness of people can help them or community, but you yourself are often the most important beneficiary of your forgiveness
