My task is to teach people to manage stress and make sound decisions. For years, I watched people fight with myself to change their thoughts, feelings, bodies and habits, and realized that the ideas of these sufferers about willpower interfered their success and caused unnecessary tension. Although science could help them, people did not perceive dry facts well and continued to rely on old strategies, which, as I again convinced, were not just ineffective - they went sideways, led to sabotage and loss of control.
