The book presents the psychological and spiritual justification of the self -determination of the life of a person and his mission. A person is not just a mortal biopsychosocial being, he is an immortal consciousness of the soul and spirit. The individual comes to Earth with a very defined mission, which he lies long before embodiment into the material body. In earthly life, he follows internal self -determination, affecting the laws of nature and society. In addition to the mission, it should be a flexible program of life, which can be significantly changed with the appropriate effort to increase for the better. The concept of “mission” is of increasing interest in all people, but the study of this issue is practically not represented in philosophical, psychological and yogic literature. Understanding of his mission occurs the most qualitatively if a person consciously has taken on the path of spiritual development, practices the scientific methods of yoga.
